9. Event Staff

The Foundation does not accept any liability as employer of any person to whom support may be given directly or indirectly.

The Recipient is expected to be actively engaged in the event and will remain responsible for their conduct and the conduct of any other personnel receiving the Foundation's support. The Foundation requires advance written notification of the names of all individuals delivering talks at Foundation-funded events and to be notified of any changes of personnel and changes generally.
