Terms and Conditions for Symposia or Event Funding

2. Purpose

2.1 To enable or assist in the holding of symposia or workshops or other similar events which support the objects of the Foundation ("event") by providing funds to individuals or organisations.

2.2 The Recipient acknowledges that the grant is available only for the event for which the application has been made and in accordance with that application (dated..... ).

2.3 Any change in circumstances or occurrence which is likely to put the event in jeopardy or to require any change from or in the information provided to the Foundation by the Recipient in the application or any material provided to the Foundation to the Recipient in support of the application must be notified to the Foundation immediately upon the Recipient becoming aware of it.
