7. Withdrawal and Clawback

7.1 The Foundation reserves the right to do any or all of the following on consideration of the report referred to in Clause 10 and/or on a material breach by the Recipient of these terms and conditions or any additional terms and conditions:-

7.1.1 withdraw any or all of the grant

7.1.2 clawback any or all of the grant

7.1.3 withdraw from this funding arrangement generally in which case the Foundation is released from all its obligations under this arrangement
