8. Acknowledgment of support from the Foundation and Publicity

8.1 The Host Institution and the post-graduate shall acknowledge receipt of the grant by incorporating the words "this [fellowship/PhD] received funding from the Foundation for the Sociology of Health and Illness" into the design of any printed or presentation material related to the research/studies which are the subject of the application.

8.2 The Host Institution has obtained the post-graduate's consent to their identification and to details of the grant being posted onto the Foundation's website and being used in publicity material.
