5. Award of Grant

5.1 Once the application has been approved a grant will be awarded on condition that the Foundation has sufficient available funds and that any conditions have been met.

5.2 The grant letter will contain details of the amount of the grant and whether the grant is for a one, two or three period. In cases where the grant is for more than a one year period, any payment of grant after the first year is contingent on the Foundation being satisfied that the research and the conduct of the research or studies is in accordance with these terms and conditions and in support of its objects. Prior to the renewal date report on progress is required.
