7. Withdrawal and Clawback

7.1 The Foundation reserves the right to do any or all of the following on a material breach by the Recipient of these terms and conditions or any additional terms and conditions:-

7.1.1 clawback or withdraw any or all of the grant (in a proportionate manner);
7.1.2 withdraw from this funding arrangement generally in which case the Foundation is released from all its obligations under this arrangement.
